 Este es el bálsamo que más veces he repetido comprando, es el producto que mejor le ha hecho a mis labios.

Como ya expliqué en otro posteo, mis labios tienden a despellejarse muy seguido y la mayoría de las barritas tipo chapstick, Burt's Bees, y otras marcas no me funcionan, especialmente si tiene color.

Por eso decidí decantarme por los bálsamos que vienen en tubito y son como un ungüento o crema. Éste es el caso de hoy.

MI OPINIÓN

Bueno, ya adelanté es mi favorito de lo que he probado, se desliza como una crema, es algo pesado si se quiere, pero es perfecto para usarlo como máscara a la noche.

Contra: cuando va quedando menos, apretar el tubo con cuidado es fundamental, pero aun así a veces sale de más, como una tirita de producto, cuando pasa eso, lo uso en las cutículas, peroes medio molesto que salga mucho de una. Y una gran desventaja es que Essence suele discontinuaar sus productos, y éste lo veo cada vez menos. Tendré que buscar alternativas. Probé The Ordinary acá, pero es más suave y no me alcanza cuando los labios estan muy secos.

En resumen ¿Es tan bueno? 

Para mí es un sí, pero si no te gusta el aroma coco ni la textura tipo ungüento, no es para vos.

This is the lip balm I’ve repurchased the most times—it’s the product that has worked best for my lips.

As I mentioned in another post, my lips tend to peel very often, and most stick-type balms like ChapStick, Burt’s Bees, and other brands don’t work for me, especially if they’re tinted.

That’s why I decided to go for balms that come in tubes and have an ointment or cream-like texture. That’s exactly the case here.

MY OPINION

This is my honest opinion on Essence Lip Booster

Well, I’ve already said it—this is my favorite among everything I’ve tried. It glides on like a cream, feels somewhat heavy, but it’s perfect for using as an overnight mask.

Cons: When the tube is running low, you need to press carefully, but even so, sometimes too much product comes out—a little strip of balm. When that happens, I use the excess on my cuticles, but it’s still a bit annoying to deal with. A major downside is that Essence has a habit of discontinuing products, and I’m starting to see this one less and less. I’ll have to look for alternatives. I tried The Ordinary’s balm, but it’s lighter and not effective enough when my lips are very dry.

Final Thoughts: Is it really that good?

For me, it’s a yes, but if you don’t like the scent of coconut or ointment-like textures, this isn’t for you.
