Soltan SPF 30 Head and Scalp reseña/ review

_keep scrolling for English_

Hola!

----------

Hi! Today I'm bringing you a review of a product I used a while ago but hadn't reviewed yet. It's an SPF 30 sunscreen with an oily, liquid texture, designed for the scalp, especially for people with little or no hair whose heads are exposed to the sun's rays.

It comes in a 75 ml plastic bottle with a spray applicator.

WHAT THE BRAND SAYS

Invisible protection for hair and scalp that helps prevent hair damage and colour fading caused by sun exposure. It contains added conditioners to counteract the drying effects of the sun. All Soltan sun protection products have achieved the maximum five-star rating for protection against deep skin damage caused by UVA rays.

MY OPINION

I'm not a fan of oils, and I find this product a bit strange. It leaves a very shiny finish, and I've also used it on my body.

I'd say it's more suitable for very exposed scalps, especially for people with no hair or hairstyles that leave the roots very visible. However, you have to bear in mind that it's quite a greasy product.

What's worse, once it dries, if it gets on your hair, it leaves a hard, crust-like coating on the strands. I really didn't like that at all.

I used it on people with thinning hair around the crown, but I think it would work better for someone who is completely bald, as it would be easier to apply and less uncomfortable.

I wouldn't buy it again because I didn't find it particularly comfortable to use. If you know of any good alternatives, let me know in the comments!

See you in my next review!
