Hola, hoy traigo uno de los serums de esta marca que fui agregando a mi colección. Estuve probando la Solución Hidratante de Escualano de The Ordinary y te dejo mi opinión. 

TO Squalane

Ya hablé del escualano en un post anterior, y sus beneficios, pero en resumen, para qué sirve el escualano:

Es ideal para pieles secas, y para después de los 30 años que es cuando comenzamos a perder nuestra natural secreción de varios componentes oleosos. Se incluye en formulaciones con funciones emolientes y destoxificantes de la piel ya que contribuye a reparar su daño oxidativo. Además es más estable y no tiene olor.

Una solución hidratante de Escualano vegetal capaz de restaurar la hidratación y suavidad que tu rostro necesita. Una maravillosa manera de cargar de antioxidantes e hidratación a tu piel. Para todo tipo de pieles y cabello.

The Ordinary Squalane

MI OPINION

Me sorprendió la textura, más que un aceite es un agua, súper fluído. No tiene aroma notorio. Teniendo en cuenta que en general cuando decimos aceite pensamos en la "oleosidad"justamente, en este caso no es para nada la sensación típica de un aceite. Se absorbe y no deja sensación grasa. El brillo que deja se ve como de hidratación, no de aceite. Y además sirve para el pelo también.

A favor: sólo es este ingrediente por lo que el riesgo de alergias por perfumes, esencias o emulsionantes es nulo. Hidrata, no engrasa, me parece un ingrediente genial para todo tipo de piel.

En contra: no tengo ninguna.

The Ordinary Squalane – My Opinion

I was surprised by the texture—it’s more like water than oil, super fluid. It has no noticeable scent. Usually, when we think of oil, we associate it with “greasiness,” but in this case, it doesn’t feel like a typical oil at all. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy sensation. The glow it gives looks like hydration, not oiliness. Plus, it can also be used on hair.

The Ordinary 100% Plant-Derived Squalane

Pros:

It contains only this single ingredient, meaning there’s no risk of allergies due to perfumes, fragrances, or emulsifiers.

Hydrates without making the skin greasy.

I think it’s a great ingredient for all skin types.

Cons:

None for me!
